MPOWER Financing

that's me the little Korean girl loving
that Ramen that Ramen Park hasn't
changed about me but I'm definitely at a
different place now I'm solby a senior
at UC Berkeley and I want to share with
you how Empower has empowered me on my
educational Journey
first Empower allowed me to achieve my
dream
I was originally accepted to Berkeley in
fall 2016. but because I was financially
independent I couldn't afford it at the
time
so I took multiple jobs as a translator
tutor and kindergarten teacher and after
two years I had enough money for only
one semester at Berkeley
so I nearly gave up until I heard about
Empower alone I was amazed that an
international student with no credit
history no co-center and no social
security card number could be eligible
the application was straightforward the
customer service was excellent and I was
approved and ecstatic to get my golden
ticket to my dream School
which leads to my second Point Empower
allowed me to focus on what matters
first it allowed me to spend less time
worrying about finances and focus on my
education I'm also able to use the
energy working on projects I'm actually
passionate about
I've been extremely thankful for the
trust that Empire alone has for its
International students without it I
wouldn't be here enjoying the beautiful
California Sunset drinking endless
amounts of boba and engaging in
meaningful conversations with an
extremely diverse and insightful
community at Berkeley
Empire empowered me to be who I want to
be by letting me take control of my
finances and my life
I also hope that you will also be
empowered by the amazing opportunity
